At Pak Deal Hub, we want you to love your kitchen and home products. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it easily within 7 days of delivery. Here is how it works.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or not working.
You received the wrong item, colour, size, or model.
Something is missing from the package.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items without their original packaging or accessories.
Food-contact and hygiene items once opened or used, unless they are defective.
Items marked non-returnable on the product page.

How Do I Return a Product?

Send your order number with a short photo or video that shows the problem.
Wait for our approval. We reply within 1-2 working days.
Send the item back as we tell you, in its original packaging.

Please do not send any item back before we approve your request.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video if you have one. We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost to you.

When Will I Get My Refund?
