2. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please give us correct and complete details, including your name, phone number, and delivery address. If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes, and packaging may look slightly different from the photos because of screen settings or supplier updates. Please read the product description before you order.

4. Prices and Availability

5. Placing an Order

An order is confirmed when we confirm it by message or call. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to verify your order before we dispatch it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you or verify your details (for example, no reply within 3 days), the delivery address is incomplete or wrong, the product is out of stock, an online payment fails, we suspect fraud or misuse, or the order looks like bulk buying for resale. We will try to tell you by message or call, and any online payment will be refunded in full. To keep stock fair for everyone, we may also limit the quantity per order or household.

6. Payments

We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 4-5 working days. Delivery charges apply, and the amount is shown before you confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of the courier, weather, or other events beyond our control.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the address you give us.
  • If you refuse a COD parcel without a valid reason, we may refuse your future COD orders.
  • Please check your parcel when it arrives and report any damage within 48 hours.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

9. Warranty

Some products come with a manufacturer or supplier warranty, and the length varies by product. Warranty terms are listed on the product page or in our Warranty Policy. Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or unauthorised repair is not covered.

Please follow the instructions that come with each product, including heat limits and cleaning guidance. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by using a product in a way it was not made for.
